Trip to Grandma's

We had such a fun time for our week away vacation! We were able to be there for cousin Austins 8th birthday party where we played some awesome balloon games and ate a b.b. gun cake. Then we took Austin with us to Grandma's where we swam our little hearts away. Porter really caught on to learning to swim and actually enjoyed going under water! Jarom decided he liked swimming by the last day we were there :) Seth enjoyed the water as long as he was in a baby floatie... silly kid. We got to go to cousin Jacob's party where the boys loved playing baseball. The 24th celebrations were alright this year... the boys enjoyed the parade but the rest of it we pretty much got rained out. Then we went to Aunt Stacies and even got to go swimming where there was a really fun slide that Porter loved. What a fun week we had.

New Pet

So we are growing a little garden and have our first tomato... we were quite excited. A few days later I noticed 1/4 of the tomato eaten and discovered this rather huge caterpillar looking thing on the plant... which for sure we figured was the culprit for eating the tomato. So I googled it and found out that it is a Tomato Hornworm and it will eat all my tomatos! So we put it in a jar and it is now our new pet! I guess we'll have to keep our eyes out for more of these ugly critters.
